Yes, Santa Claus is coming to town. However, before he makes his appearance chances are you or someone you know will begin to fill your newsfeed with images of mischief brought on by Elf on the Shelf. We love our elf in our house, but I realize it might not be for everyone. I have also heard stories of the elf losing its power of influencing good behavior once the kids begin to get used to its presence. For one creative mompreneur, she did something about the fact that her young boys weren’t really taking their elf as seriously. I introduce you to Santa Cam!
Christina is a mom of three boys, ages 7, 5 and 3. She started her handmade craft business when her first son was born. She unexpectedly found herself unemployed due to complications with her pregnancy and an extended bed rest. So instead, she put her creativity to work and began crafting items inspired by her children and other moms in her circle. Using her previous knowledge and background as a teacher, she ensures she incorporates fun learning into her creations.
This year, Christina’s Santa Cam ornament will arrive with her family’s Elf on the Shelf as another way for Santa to keep an eye on her little ones. As you can see, the ornament is simple yet adorable! And what a great idea! Christina has lots of fun and creative items in her shop, such as shaped crayons and chalkboard placemats.
